Reservations:
You may call us at 770-841-8837. Your advance reservation is greatly
appreciated. Reservations are
not confirmed until payment is made in full by credit card or check.
Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made. All fares, charges, gratuities, etc, may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If your firm has a corporate account, billing will be done on a
bi-monthly basis. Make checks payable to Magic Limousine Services.

Tips and Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in our trip fares. A customary chauffeur's gratuity of
20% of the total trip fare should be considered for our drivers.
Changes:
If at all possible changes should be made to us 24 hours in advance to insure we can accommodate them.
Changes made on short notice may not be able to be accommodated due to driver scheduling and limousine assignment. If at all possible changes should be made to us 24 hours in advance to insure we can accommodate them. |
Cancellations:
If a cancellation occurs within three hours of scheduled dispatch time, a minimum trip fare may be charged. Clients who are not at a designated pick-up location and who do not notify us of a change will be charged for the trip. In the event of a late plane arrival or other delay, a waiting fee will be charged. Proms, weddings, and special packages may have other charges associated with short term cancellations as agreed upon in advance.
